If you are interested, simply fill out the form so we can add you to our mailing list or simply show up at practice. Annual Membership Fee is $150.00 and Student membership is $100.00. Download membership form and send it along with your membership fees to myMandi, 20 Everett Street, Norfolk, MA 02056 or simply bring it to one of the practice sessions.
